On August 31, 2017, Atzuche, the Chinese peer-to-peer car rental brand, announced its close of Series C+ round funded by Shanghai Guohe Capital under Shanghai International Group, with China Taihecap as the exclusive financial advisor.

In 2014, Atzuche took the lead in introducing the concept of “car-sharing” to China, and established a secure information platform for both parties of the deal. Private car owners can make extra cash of more than 3,000 yuan per month by sharing idle cars. Users of the company can rent the cars they like at a price that is 30% to 50% lower than that of traditional car rental services. Now Atzuche’s business has covered 40 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing and Hangzhou. The number of registered users has exceeded 5 million, and there are more than 300,000 registered cars of over 10,000 different models.
